Context Graph

A Context Graph is what makes an Organizational Brain more than a searchable document store. Instead of returning isolated document matches, a Context Graph surfaces the relationships: which decisions led to this project, which meetings discussed this client, which tickets are blocked by which dependencies.

Context Graphs power several key Brainforge capabilities:

  • Cross-System Retrieval — A single question about a client can pull from transcripts, HubSpot deals, Linear tickets, Slack threads, and vault docs in one response.
  • Decision Tracing — Teams can ask why a decision was made and see the conversation chain across meetings, emails, and Slack.
  • Proactive Context — When a new meeting starts or a ticket is created, the assistant pre-fetches the relevant context graph for that entity.

Brainforge builds Context Graphs on top of existing data sources using Turbopuffer for vector search, semantic models for entity resolution, and structured metadata for relationship mapping. The graph is continuously updated as new transcripts, tickets, and CRM records flow in.
